Brent gives a breakdown about the Men's League Sweaters blouses and some of the reasons why he has so many samples of them on hand.
Brent has been designing jerseys for Men's League Sweaters since 2018. He has designed many jerseys for teams and delivers the look and style of what these teams are looking for. Brent does all of his jersey designs from scratch, but MLS does have an online design service to assist with the design process. This design process is extremely easy to do and use. Support Brent, the Silver Puck Challenge and Just Chirpin' and mention the SPC name if you use their online design service. If you do go directly through Brent the design and ordering process can be accelerated.
Men's League Sweaters are 100% customizable when it comes to the esthetics of the blouse. The blouses are sublimated and can include any additional graphics and/or colors you desire. Even the collar has multiple styles available; whether you want a v-neck, laces or crest style to complete the over look of the jersey.
Many have said that the sleeves are little tight, while others say they are perfect. The material does stretch and can be pulled over the elbow pads and is not restrictive in public opinion. Brent measures in at 5'8'' and 155lbs (soaking wet), plays without shoulder pads, and can comfortably wear the "large" size. If shoulder pads were being worn, he would suggest going a size larger (XL).
When it comes to the goalie cut, Brent strongly suggest going with XL goalie cut to start and going up in sizes from there. The large goalie cut is a little snug for goalies that get into the 180lbs weight range.
$69/Jersey | When it comes to pricing Men's League Sweater is very reasonable especially because of the quality of the jersey you are receiving. They also include socks for the team with orders of 10 or more. Most jersey companies have the option for matching socks, but they are going to cost extra. The $69/jersey price also includes shipping and taxes.
Men's League Sweater has made it easy to re-order additional jerseys. Though is can seem a little confusing to use if it is your first time re-ordering. Other than deciding if you are re-ordering "dark" or "light" jerseys it really isn't that difficult. Just include your name, maybe an invoice number, a couple pictures of what the blouses look like and your going to get additional sweaters for your team's new arrivals in no time.
As a whole, Brent fully endorses Men's League Sweaters over the competition. He has received other "cheaper" sublimated jerseys samples from the competitors and has found the quality to be sub-par. Having a high quality blouse that is going to last and be shared with the west Michigan hockey community is very important to Brent and the Silver Puck Challenge. He allows teams that come to his shows borrow these jerseys if they don't have a matching set of their own.
You can find samples of Brent's work on the Silver Puck Challenge website. Most people that order through Brent are so pleased with their designs they give him an honorary blouse for his assistance and designs. Brent displays these jerseys at his tournaments and they have become a beautiful center piece to those events.
